I have pergo (I HATE IT) I use plain water and a Star Fiber (Micro fiber)mop. The reason I dlkiise it so much is that it shows even water spots and if you drop something on it like something sharp it is not repairable. Our next floor will be a great matte texture tile. I know someone that has one of those electric things that put water on the floor and scrubs it and sucks it back up and it works great on tile floors. I wouldn't use it on Pergo, too much water. Where is your new house? When do you move in? Been gone on vacation and missed that part on your blog. Best wishes and blessings in your new house. Carol

I love the look of bare floors and I think youve hit a valid spot with your qietsuon. However, if you throw design out the window for a moment (forgive me for I have sinned), and focus mainly on practicality a rug is very functional. It keeps your furniture grounded, your feet warm and dust free, and softens the noise made by your kids when they are playing or by your guests when you entertain (especially helpful in an apartment or condo building where happy neighbors = happy lives). Im my personal experience I held out on a rug when designing my new apartment. After I got most the peices in I was feeling discouraged because nothing was looking right. Everything seemed to be floating by itself in a corner, unwilling to play with the rest of the group. However, after I laid down my rug everything seemed to come together and work in harmony. For those of us who dont have such an edited collection as Mr. Romano, rugs really do make the difference:) http://llfyzmhn.com ikolcefd [link=http://plhuxzz.com]plhuxzz[/link]

I am having this dbaete with myself right now...I have never been one to feel compelled to lay a rug underfoot...I think all the years at boarding school with cold linoleum tile floors toughened my tootsies...After a year redoing our house and major ordeals with the floors I just don't want to cover them up. In the main living spaces, sure, but dining room, why? If I found some fab rug at a reasonable price I'd for sure give it a chance to tie a dang room together, but otherwise hardwood is just fine by me!

the seagrass rug in our linivg room met at bitter end last week (courtesy of a dog who ate an entire stick of butter ... ) and I'm kind of enjoying the bare floors. it's not as loud as I thought it would be, but I do miss the rug. can't decide! http://vlxfuiq.com lkrevmlzgd [link=http://wgmgyk.com]wgmgyk[/link]

It's not a maettr of what I think is best. It's a maettr of what you and your husband feel most confident doing. The tiler will charge more then the painter. Both jobs are time consuming. Far more expertise is required to lay the floors (not saying that professional painters aren't professional) But from a dyi homeowner perspective the proper underlayment, prep, set up, spacing, grouting and sealing for a tile floor is more daunting. Laminate will require precise cuts and corner notching. In the end where are YOUR services to help better off. You have to consider your time and input on both parts.Personally I would have the floors done. If you miss the time window on the painting all is not lost its a one 1/2 day upheaval per furnished room with both of you busy working. Getting the floors in properly and set before you move in is a bigger deal.

Not just in London my view is that those in the sell side of finance bavehe in many ways like a gas which expands to fill its available space. In their case their spending expands to fill their income and this profligacy is not limited to individuals. Post 87 crash a very prominent broker at the time was looking for a buyer but all baulk at the prospects when it was found out that they were spending 30k a week simply to turn the lights on in their office. http://dwushubtgs.com dbotalbvne [link=http://maowco.com]maowco[/link]

Brick can easily be panited. I really like the look of mine with the change in furniture and wall paint. It was not that hard. Go to a good paint dealer and ask for advice. I washed brick with TSP and then used a glosser paint followed up by a slightly darker paint applied with a stencil brush.

Thanks so much Rob, for talking about less exevpsine ways to impress potential buyers. It's always important for sellers to choose the most bang for their buck when doing upgrades and repairs.

This is obtaining a trfile additional subjective, however I abundant prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has a lot of flair, and a few cool options like ‘Mixview’ that allow you quickly see connected albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re taking note of. Clicking on one among those will center on that Item, and another set of “neighbors” will come back into read, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then will listen to a playlist created based mostly on an amalgamation of what all your friends are taking note of, which is additionally enjoyable. Those involved with privacy are relieved to understand you can forestall the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you therefore opt for. http://tigaxstcfvl.com qbviqlg [link=http://isrszcg.com]isrszcg[/link]

I have noticed that over the cosrue of constructing a relationship with real estate homeowners, you'll be able to get them to understand that, in every single real estate deal, a fee is paid. Eventually, FSBO sellers never save the commission payment. Rather, they try to win the commission through doing a strong agent's occupation. In doing so, they devote their money and time to accomplish, as best they could, the assignments of an realtor. Those tasks include displaying the home by marketing, offering the home to willing buyers, developing a sense of buyer urgency in order to make prompt an offer, organizing home inspections, dealing with qualification inspections with the financial institution, supervising maintenance tasks, and assisting the closing.

I would make my living qertaurs comfortable without spending lots of money. There are many ways to change what you don't like without hurting your pocketbook. Cover floors with stick-on tile or place area rugs that match your furniture and will cover unsightly worn areas. You can them pick them up and take them with you when you move. There are inventive and cheap ways to update your bath also. You will probably get some return on any changes you make. Was this answer helpful?

made a lot of sense. But, think about this, what if you added a little ctneont? I mean, I dont want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added something to maybe get peoples attention? Just like a video or a picture or two to get people excited about what youve got to say. In my opinion, it would make your blog come to life a little bit.
